Return Policy

Return Window Returns are accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A return authorization must be obtained before shipping any item back — contact us at cartverge@gmail.com to initiate a return

Quality Issues If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately at cartverge@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds Once the returned item passes inspection a refund of the original product cost will be processed. Please note shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. A $1.50 restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
